RE:Why is CEO Selling Shares He Owns?Why would you sell something that you think will go up significantly even if you own a pile of shares?  Don't want more money?  So, why take more options and warrants?

And if he needs to raise money through Mellon for personal reasons, then lending money to PYR is inconsistent with that explanation.

The bottom line is that insiders disposing shares do bring forth reasonable questions about the future potential of the share price, especially with a stock chart like PYR.  CEOs are aware of that and silence is not reassuring.
