RE:Boeing boltThat was on us.  one of the propellers of the agitator was corroded. Got a bit out of alignment and wound up breaking the gear box.  I think CIL #4 (out of 5) tank will be up again late this week (we drained it, and replaced the agitator and gear box).  But we just bypassed the tank since it happened.  It's not a big deal.   If we were still running at 650tpd  we would have to slow down.  But we're at 575tpd, so no need.   Welcome to operations.  Sh!t happens.
