Hmmm, I think they delayed in 1996 too didn't they? I really wonder why? Maybe they got a buyout from CNC.v? Maybe they found diamonds at Moa and are assessing the diamond sanctions on Russia so the can maximize profits. They'll be able to sell the diamonds to....Venezuela maybe? A very poor country gone communist? Wondering if they can be eaten since the Cubans and Canadian tourists in Cuba are hungry.?
