The Global Licensing comprises royalties from owned IP and through its brand partnerships as well as commissions earned from its licensing agency business. The Canadian Television Broadcasting segment operates the Family broadcast channels in Canada.

Indeed...the controlling shareholder (Fine Capital) is probably the worst money manager on WS and they are defintiely a problem. I am hoping thre new CEO can somehow pull off the asset sales they referred to in the last 6 months and somehow get this stock back to the C$3-4.
