RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Let’s hustle!Not quite tmp, the surcharge only applies once the SP is above 12 cents (the minimum they would have to pay). But they might want to make sure that it doesn't get anywhere close to that.  $1M per penny surcharge gets real expensive in a hurry.
