RE:Board Renewal

RE:Board RenewalI was reading some commentary about Sherritt on the Yahoo financial page for it.  A poster brought up a stunning point: the compensation for the top tier executives is now more than  10% of the valuation of the entire company - for one year's pay!

Another poster drew a comparison to Suncor - a giant company with a valuation that is $53B (billion with a B) - to that of Sherritt and its valuation of $112M (million with an M).  The Suncor CEO's pay?  $1.25 million compared to Bindel's $1.6 million.

Sherritt is in its final stages of being a corporate entity with this kind of thing going on.
