RE:Full Glass of Water !You probably have it backwards. The value of their 45% of Siembra Minera--huge value--is in the mine property itself. So it's not like the wealth isn't there.
But if the Venezuelan government just continues stalling indefinitely--or worse, actually starts taking steps to build the mine without GRZ participation (if that were even possible)--then the GRZ board's fiduciary duty would effectively REQUIRE the company to move forward with a new ICSID case.
I admit it may seem like Venezuela is simply going to sit and do nothing on the mine FOREVER. My answer? Maduro will not be in charge forever and Venezuela has a huge financial incentive to let the mine ultimately move forward under terms that can actually make it happen.
