Thanks for the calculations but no one is going to buy a 6% yielding office reit 6 months from now.  That would assume every other reit is trading way higher with lower yields.  You can get 8% pretty easily now on good assets, so those options would need to yield substantially less to make tnt a viable option.   This assumes ap skyrockets and yields less than 6% from its current 9%.
