RE:RE: The Path

RE:RE: The Path"CZO's major client undergoing reoganization

J&J has transferred the cosmetic care to Kenvue.
Why should our business suffer as a result?"

Why couldn't it and why isn't it most likely given all we know now? COVID caused many companies to increase inventory levels due to supply chain risks. Aveeno was hit with supply chain issues. Supply chains have now been normalizing. There was also the reorganization which could have impacted Aveeno's inventory as warehouses were reorganized, etc. Holding excess inventory due to COVID and reorganization appears highly likely. The new management of Aveeno could also be trying to drive more efficiency inventory management. This is what Gilles appears to believe. That Aveeno could have been holding double the inventory under the unusual circumstances may not be unusual. Reordering would be expected at any time under that assumption. In the merger news release AEZS's Chair says “Ceapro has well-established and growing commercial operations..." In October Gilles anticipated after an adjustment in 2023 to get back to historical trends.

There is no other known supplier of natural avenanthramide that can supply Aveeno at scale that we know of. CZO has been the historical supplier. Symrise signed a new deal just last year and is continuing to work with CZO on new products(dry powder). CZO has been willing to hold record inventory in anticipation of expected reordering putting its money where its mouth it.

PROPH..  CZO's major client undergoing reoganization

J&J has transferred the cosmetic care to Kenvue.
Why should our business suffer as a result?
If only for a short time and not over several quarters.

PROPH... worst biotech market in history

NASDAQ Biotechnology Index
4.444,43 +134,72 +  last year
4.441,29 +971,78 AEZS trading below cash

Then take a look at AEZS's quarterly balance sheets and you can work out when the till is empty.

PROPH...
expected licensing deal with Gilles on the inside

"expected" - and with the promises made by Gilles for years - a joke?

PROPH... Gilles, in a sense, already appears at the top of the mountain with Ronnie Miller

That's exactly what we criticize here again and again. Gilles and Ronnie with full pockets greet us from the mountain - and we stand in the valley with tears in our eyes.

PROPH...
AEZS and CZO are under the radar.

-
And the shareholders are underwater.

PROPH...
The daisy chain of events in motion will tell the story.

And we shareholders should participate in this story - ideally by getting Gilles down from his mountain.
