RE:VotingIt's quite simple, if OATS and his group votes NO, the merger fails. If he doesn't and we get more participation it will be very close.

It's disturbing that OATS has been silent, but perhaps he will find his inner voice soon.

The propaganda machine is working hard. It's obvious to us that the track record of shareholder value destruction will only continue as the common denominator of Gilles as a remote part time, disengaged CEO will remain. We know talk is cheap, results matter and it's been a decade of promises with failures to match.
