I think high interest rates (free money dried up) and slower adoption of the electrification story has put both these companies in a hard place and this deal is a grasp at straws for both of them. Also this is an about face for Sue. She was very up front, more than other CEO's but then dropped this on shareholders screwing them. I just see thing getting from bad to worse for shareholders from here on out. Spilt=-20% drop, Nasdaq after listing =20% drop and for sure at least one more raise so more dilution. Not to mention the market still hasn't figured out the new diluted SP.
Thing is if Exro had just raised 50mil at lets say .80 cnd I would have bought hard in the .70's
