this deal is a total shame, gagnon's failure to attract investment money and/or a viable partner is because 1- he is totally incompetent and is not trusted/ respected by his peers or 2 - this was his plan all along and had to get back on the AEZs to ensure that his hand picked puppet did not deviate from the plan.
