Nevada Copper Corp is a Canada-based mining company. The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. Its two fully permitted projects include the high-grade Underground Mine and processing facility, which is undergoing a restart of operations, and a large-scale open pit PFS stage project. The Property is located in northwestern Nevada and consists of approximately 24,300 acres of contiguous mineral rights including approximately 10,800 acres of owned private land and leased patented claims.   • Since the past week, heavy rainfall has been affecting parts of Peru, triggering landslides and severe weather-related incidents that resulted in damage.

  • According to the National Institute of Civil Defense (INDECI) of Peru, 626 people have been affected as well as 240 houses in the San Pedro de Huacarpana District, Chincha Province, south-western Peru due to landslides that occurred on 1 January. In addition, 115 people have been affected, and 32 houses damaged in Pomabamba District, Pomabamba Province, central Peru due to the heavy rainfall of 30 January.

  • For the next 24 hours, moderate to heavy rainfall is forecast across most parts of Peru, particularly over the northern central provinces.
