RE:Why words are meaninglessEach year of failure or slow walking buys management another year of salaries and it is only shareholders that suffer.

There's always next year right? "Don't vote me off the board, give me another year" In 2022 Gilles said that he needed to execute. He has failed miserably and needs to be held accountable now. We need a CEO that is capable and takes responsibility for results, not one that dispenses excuses for failures.
