My screen has the 52 week low @$4.29 Pablo.  Volume has fallen off 50% since last autumn.  The Inga firesale was MANAGEMENTS fault period.  They borrowed the money they were overleveraged, they had a poor relationship with their lender's.

In my opinion an activist investor is what this company needs.  It won't happen because mangement owns to much stock and could block most moves.  I think shareholders need to make some noise, either with the PR department or at the AGM.  Otherwise, management will continue to milk the options to infinity.  

In my investment world, Kelt has become a show me stock.  Cheers Matthew
