RE:AGM CALLED !!I will hazard a guess and say they probably did not get full approval of the placement and it would be conditional on the AGM.

Fancamp would not post any announcement imo because it would hinder their chances of winning at the AGM.

Perhaps a shareholder in Vancouver B.C. or Montreal QC. could request a look at the minutes, as you need to go in person to the lawyers offices. That is my understanding.

The company won't disclose unless made to and the only way I can think of is to request a look at the minutes as a shareholder. I don't know if it can be done by proxy?
