RE:Director selling shares- clarification urgently needed

RE:Director selling shares- clarification urgently neededGood day All,

I am not responding for Steve, just my own two thoughts.  The PR states:
"LAURION would also like to disclose that one of its directors, Michael Burmi, has informed the Corporation that he intends to sell a minority portion of his common shares in LAURION for personal and financial planning purposes".

It states that he "intends to sell"  not he he sold shares.  I take it as of this day, with no posting on Sedi, that he has not yet sold.  I think we all jumped the gun and thought it was him that sold the 450k shares.  For all we know, it could have been Matlas selling some shares as he said he was going to do in the past.  Again, just assuming.  Who knows? Only the person that sold.
In any case we are a little closer to our goal.  Would be interested to get Steve's official/unofficial take on this.
