RE:RE:RE:Earnings. According to the news reports I'm seeing; there are still significant headwinds to Telus International - intense competition in the sector, etc. The Rogers-Shaw merger has intensified competition in the telecommunications sector. One doesn't have to be a genius to see it. Every mall in Vancouver and the surrounding area has Rogers kiosks springing up. Telus will be in a battle to keep their quarterly reports on target for the foreseeable future. Also, their customer service has been getting worse but this is nothing new. It's been going on ever since BC Tel changed to Telus. It's all a numbers game to them now.
