There has to be a reason sales didn't come in.
One also has to wonder what the new direction of the company is? Is cash used for Sea efforts or Exro efforts? Easily addressed but they haven't. Also did they let the SP tumble to get higher share count for SEA? That's a big question for me. At $2 that deal looks very different.
The whole thing stinks.
