Keep getting cow pasture around other finds for cash and shares, then raise money, talk about the great property, do some ground work, apply for permits, then plan a drill program and then, if the company still has money, do a 1,000 metre drill program. All the while management gets paid, has benefits and the cheap options for 5 years.
Now, do this for 5 companies and you can see how much you can make!
In the end, 99% of these companies have nothing, and will rollback and try again with other cow pastures and new bagholders.
Oh, and then the previous properties will be dropped and not worked on. Sound familiar? I thought so.
