Benji, the real question is "Why would you vote against management at the next AGA?". What do you blame them for? Do you think they are responsible for the fall in the stock price? Last year, we could have voted against them knowing that they would sell Point-Rousse and entered into a contract with Nebari... no one complained at that time. 

Now, I'm wondering if voting against management will help in getting the share price higher or if it would create more instability in the company and make it easier for the sharks to get us on the cheap. Thiink about that. On my side, I would assess any form of management putsch if there is a viable and solid solution with top gun names.
