This is taking too long, and possible too limiting as a target audience. What if these 20 or so people don't want in, or buy $85,000 worth? What a disaster that work be 5 weeks later. And if the answer is, management already knows they are buying the offer, then do a PP and tidy it up inside of a week. Let them have their old warrants too.
