Duracell Power Center Can anyone comment on the financial make up of Duracell Power Center.

If it is a "licensed Duracell distributor" who or what is behind this company?
Is it listed anywhere ?
What if any other than name of Duracell  is Berkshire Hathaway's involvement ?
