RE:I am going to offer a different more hopeful take

RE:I am going to offer a different more hopeful takeIn the long term, I'm optimistic about LIO.  That being said, selling shares at 50 cents when the market price was 70 cents (and with 65 cent warrants) was stupid.  (Or, as I have seen with other gold companies, the shares were placed with friends and family.)

They raised C$10.5m and the company market cap has dropped C$40m.  This often also happens with equity placements, where the drop in market value is multiple times that of the money raised and the actual dilution impact.

With the drop in share price, I dramatically increased my position.

But, bottom lilne, LIO mgmt needs better in house financial expertise.  Hopefully, future capital raises will be unnecessary.
