Artis Real Estate Investment Trust is an unincorporated closed-end REIT based in Canada. Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

RE:Pricenever thought we'd see these lows again, after q3 and then after the additional asset sales particularly the western canadian retail ones. it does strike me as an amazing opportunity but sentiment is in the dumps! always harder to get behind buying on days like this.

it seems fundamentals are improving across the board including in office. retail and industrial remain strong. very little for new builds should bolster the value of something like 300 main for Artis.

overall the reit is derisked, likely flush with some cash, ability to lower rates across the board given unencumbered situation yet trading like a divy cut is coming.

i guess we'll see.
