artis is a $12 stock using discounted sales. i don't see what the big fuss here. if anything manji allowing the unit price to tank is going to benefit us in the longer term as he will drive up the value with more unit cancelations at ridiculously low prices while retaining the crown jewels of the REIT for later sale or continued operation.

he can eliminate all the debt basically by selling off the fcr, cominar pref and US industrial... very little material risk in artis anymore in my view.
