Laramide Resources Ltd. is a Canada-based company, which is focused on exploring and developing uranium assets in Tier-1 uranium Jurisdictions of Australia, United States and Kazakhstan. The Company’s portfolio comprises predominantly advanced uranium projects. In Australia, its 100% owned Westmoreland Uranium project is located in northwest Queensland and covers over 548.5 square kilometers (km2). Its tenements are contiguous and are located as a group approximately 400 km north-northwest of Mt Isa. The Murphy Uranium Project consists of 683.5 km2 of granted exploration tenure, which lies contiguous to and along the strike from its Westmoreland Project in northwest Queensland. In the United States, its assets include the Crownpoint-Churchrock Uranium Project, La Jara Mesa project in the Grants mining district of New Mexico, and an underground project, called La Sal, in Lisbon Valley, Utah.
