CT Real Estate Investment Trust is a Canada-based unincorporated, closed-end real estate investment trust (REIT) formed to own income-producing commercial properties located primarily in Canada. Steady as she goes

Steady as she goesA 19 minute confrernce call, with 2 questions.

Steady results.  I expect we will get another boost in the distribution payable come July.  

Likely the most boring REIT in Canada.  Yields around 6.35% and pays monthly.  Great for us retirees.
