I use to own both SMU and CT. Switched to Atrium Mortgage ironically the symbol is AI.TO. Lower P/E higher dividend 8% sustainable. GLTA

 Agreed...crt.un very safe... but wonder why it's been set as a hold by the market..  and not a buy.  We still have a 2$ to 3$ upside from these levels.
