RE:Someone Must Be Buying Market Markers...plays a role here. They provide the liquidity on both sides of the trade...They act as the middle person..ie: Wholesaler, where all trades goes thru them...
Go Google.."Market Markers"..most companies especially small cap have assigned Market Markers...check it out, it's informative to all.
