AP versus D

If you blindly want to assign the same FFO multiple of 7.3x that would put D about $11 right now.

D.UN: 0.38x4= $1.52 annual
AP.UN: 0.614x 4 = $2.45 annual

AFFO is worse with D.UN but they are bigger on renovations

So yeah a plunge to $7ish looks like its a value disconnect and enters the TNT valuations!
