RE:Group Machecooper has long term views as he noted multiple times. he is going to sell assets here and there at top dollar as interest surfaces. soudned like on the call he is going to sell at least two in toronto this year and expects market liquidity to pick up. i expect those deals to rev up the unit price. my yield on this is still good. i didn't buy it merely for the yield but asset sale potential as the reit is heavily undervalued even using discounted considerations.
it's a buy and hold. i am excited for the future of it and expect it to be significantly higher yoy.
