Dividend 15 Split Corp. II is a mutual fund. The Company invests in a portfolio of 15 dividend-yielding, Canadian companies. It offers two types of shares, a Class A and Preferred. The investment objectives with respect to the Preferred shares are to provide holders of the Preferred shares with fixed, cumulative preferential monthly cash dividends in the amount of $0.04792 per Preferred share to yield 5.75% on the $10 repayment amount and to pay the holders $10 per Preferred share. The investment objectives with respect to the Class A shares are to provide holders of the Class A shares with regular monthly cash dividends targeted to be $0.10 per Class A share. The net asset value per unit must be above the required $15 per unit threshold in order for monthly dividends to be declared, and On or about the termination date, to pay the holders the original issue price ($15) of the Class A shares. The investment manager of the Company is Quadravest Capital Management Inc.

Holy HOLO...and DF latest and FFN latest for next week.

hi all, Did you all see the move on HOHO? talk about a meme move of money not once but three times in a month this stock would have made you a multi millionaire. Now all i can say is this is nothing more than a hype of followers who just jumped in on a company name. A tech sector nobody understands and its just like the dot com bubble back in 1999-2020.... So lets just look at the chart before i comment on DF stock and FFN.

This chart is crazy scary and you need money and be in front of your computer ready to buy and sell. That is all it is and if you follow the meme followers on various websites you made a lot of money. However, Do you think the banks or the trading platform would let you sell and take all the money?

so this chart right now is all about the cycle in just a month...and take a look at the happy face!! This is a perfect example of what we are seeing in a longer range in DF stock!! Also FFN if you followed my posts over the past 2 years you would see the same cycle in a longer range. Right now this HOLO stock is done and run for the hills!! Learn from this chart and never forget to take profits!!!

Now for FFN this stock has nothing to do with people doing calculated NET AVG or trying to see when the dividend is coming. Who cares!! The fact is you could have jumped in under $4 or even $3 a share way back on my posts and sell to take profits. Now we are headed much higher and we could even make a close call for $6 bucks as the 900k shares yesterday tells me everyone is in!! Forget the dividend and make sure you sell if we hit a 52 week high!! see the chart below and get ready for next week....

The bull run into this stock has started and we are headed for a wild ride next week......the payout is .11335 per share on class A, but you must forget and sell to take profits ............$6 a share is a target to end the month.....

Now, we all know best time to buy a stock is when everyone else is looking somewhere else and that is what happend on Friday for DF. I love it and i loaded up almost $60k in stock over the past while and we moved a little on Friday. However, the move is coming into DF next and Quadravest knows it too!! This stock has no reason to be this low in valuation with the holdings they represent. I have posted the cylce on this stock and shown the moves to buy and sell. Right now next week this stock will make a strong move into March. See the chart below and watch this stock closely next week...The best part on DF stock is they only have 24million shares outstanding and the move is faster than FFN...everone is forgetting what can happen if we get that shock in a dividend news next month. So look forward into March now and be ready...enjoy the long weekend...i just had to make this one last post as to what i saw coming into next week.
