I also think this is a way to get existing Sea shareholders liquidity. (cash out hence all the shares) That is to say they will sell into any NR when the lockup is finished.
They will wait to do the RS until they absolutely need funding again, then bang, bang, RS and raise. Seen it so many times.
The rest I'm sure will play out as you say over time.
This stock makes me want to get a broker and short it from certain levels.
