RE:RE:Mergers & Acquisitions DWS recently sold Queenston Mile Vineyard.  Why?

Is $4 million net a reasonable amount of money for a 50 acre winery in Niagara?

Seems crazy cheap for a premium winery.  Using that as a basis what would Peller shares be worth?  $1???
