For Jarandol: Who else has ever had an interest in Jarandol? Seems to me if there was ever interest from someone, they would have shown their cards between 2018 and February 2020, when neither Erin nor KOP hold the exploration rghts to Jarandol (I could even add the tieline between February 2022 to today as I believe it's highly doubtful that Kop still retains those rights - but that's another story...).

Did you noticed that BONE never came out with a formal NR re: relinquishing their rights to Jarandol but rather buried the news in a another NR - which a cursary reseach did not identify (but that's another story).

So no one but BONE has ever shown any interest in Jarandol but yet it's worth big $ when it comes to negotiate it as compensation of a $20M Cdn lawsuit? Seems pretty Trumpy to me ?
In short, BONE could have just applied for the Jarandol's exploration license, same as with any other available exploration licenses in Serbia with no string attached. So let's assign a value of $0 for this item as part of the lawsuit compensation.
So we're left with the value of Pobrdje, of which I'm waiting on your input as "I have spouted incorrect value and have no clue on Pobrdje's value" as you so delicatly put it.
Maybe the agreed lawsuit compensation was just BONE's way of being nice to the natives (as minepic stated) - but would you really want to do business in such country if that was the case?
Anyway, I still think it's a strange deal......You'll really have to show me otherwise.
