True North Commercial Real Estate Investment Trust (the REIT) is a Canada-based unincorporated, open-ended real estate investment trust. The REIT is primarily focused on creating value for unitholders through the investment in and ownership of commercial properties in Canada. The REIT’s primary objective is to maximize total returns to its unitholders. Nobody is stupid enough to sell now Share price is down as market makers are playing games with their fake sell orders (crosstrades) to try to get retail investors to sell them their shares. 

2024 will be a great year for TNT thanks to the share buyback, re-implementation of dividends and first interest cuts.
