My point is Exro Sea is nothing special. Other companies are ahead in this race and are already trusted suppliers. Sea when compared to other companies doesn't even have better range.

I'll take Dana's chances over Sea startup anyday. Volvo , Freight and Tesla are all doing this inhouse and have the advantage over Sea.

Exro has not advantage on E mobility cause of cost and no advantage on heavy trucks due to gears when weight does't matter. They saw the writting on the wall and made this deal to save their shares.
