This is what everyone though about dream office - 12.5m shares retired, improved FFO/AFFO per share, that shorts would burn. Sure enough we lost 50% and a dividend cut. EXPECT THE WORST CAUSE THATS WHAT THE REIT SECTOR IS GIVING US HERE
