The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. dream office seems like an epic opportunity due to the sib and consolidated unit count. my target on it is $18 using a heavily discounted valuation model. not sure what coop and manji were thinking buying it at $28 but at $8 it is a no brainer. glad i got out at the sib though, albeit i was short trading it then..
