MC knew back in early December that there was no chance of any positive news in the near future. That's why he let his options expire even though they WERE IN THE MONEY. I remain disgusted by his actions at that time and I will forever declare him to be a terrible CEO.

What's changed in the past two months? .... um, hmm... nothing?

No good news on the horizon means ONC needs to raise capital regardless of how low the SP drops.
