Onwards and Upwards

Onwards and Upwards1. Momentum has started although it always has bumps

2. It is likely that TVE will exit 2024 with 800m CAD in Debt which is ok for a firm that is likely to have 2BLN CAD in sales in 2024 or close to it.  This means that 70M in interest charges MAX on 2 BLN in sales is 3.5% of sales to service debt interest.

3. Dividend is cash flow for us for waiting the next 12 months.

4. Share buybacks will be another force in the return of capital.

So we get it three ways.

DEBT goes down with Interest Payments Going Down
Dividend gives us monthly cash
