The best hope for a potential strategic partner to make any money with Jarandol would be a short-term buyout. And if that would be possible, wouldn't you think that the potential partner would look at BONE and ask Why don't you do that yourself ? Why do you want me for ?
It took EV/BONE, ~15 years to get here with Piskanja and that's starting with a 3-square-kilometer property that was already assessed to contain 7.5M tonnes of borate ! WTH are they going to do with a unexplored property that's 70 times that size ? That's 1,000 years in BONE years !
On top of that, you're quoting a NR that's 4 years old ! That's about the same time that Tim stated that he'd be very suprised if the Pobrdje issue would not be resolved by that Xmas ! You want to quote very old NRs ? How about these:
