RE:2024 AGMKTD, the problem is none of the items that you listed constitute material information for shareholders... You know, plants, research facilities, production, licensing agreements, lawsuit adjudications etc etc.    Ergo, no need for any updating press releases. However, now if they should ever decide to remodel the bathroom or the employee lounge area, that's quite a different story.
