There a saying that goes "Take care of the important things first"
Pretty easy to translate to the present situation:
if BONE doesn't get the Piskanja exploitation license then the Jarandol exploration license won't be worth anything, So why bother with Jarandol ?
In another way, if you're willing to go around picking up the pennies to fill your pockets while I haul the gold lingots in my truck, that's your problem.
