Undershoot?

Undershoot?Quarterly reports like theseare what I like to look for usually when parking a bit of money for the medium term. I see a lot of cash flow, but little operating income, a lot of debt but a lot of assets sales too. I Really can't figure this one out, which is why I expect others have sold it off becasue they can't either.  The only thing I really don't know is what form their debt takes?  Is it up for renegotiation in the next year or two or is it longer-term than that?  The divvy looks perfectly manageable at these arates as long as certain expenses don't change, and I can't see the debt.

And at this stage, the divvy is their best sales tool.  For sure their history isn't.
