RE:RE:funnyEither Scotia or CIBC recently stated they were lowering their price target purely because the market irrationally undervalues the shares vs. the actual operational/financial results. This is the ridiculous reality of Bomber shares.

If the fundamentals have not changed drastically over the same period why has their target price decreased? Is their target price driven by fundamentals or share price manipulation?
Only indicates to me that these analysts don't know any more than the average Joe. A complete farce!
