Valuation and m&a
Clearly the share price of QIPT says stop making acquisitions . Any acquisition won't be accretive!

the stock currently is trading around 4 times EV/ebitda .

The company should sell to the highest bidder and would not be surprise that it goes to 7 times 
EV/EBITDA.

Now we need patience and let the dust settles.
