The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. RE:$5.95!I actually bought some more today..at todays prices yield is too high..recognize there is a risk of divvy cut but end of day, divy cut would just accelarate NCIB when were trading at ~60% discount to NAV.. so having more NCIB might actually be welcome..plus the divy cut risk is, i think pretty much fully baked in after Dream cut etc..my worst case scenario for Thursday is a $0.01-$0.02 divy cut which is just used for more NCIB and stock reaction will be largely muted.may even be a rebound as the discount is just too large..im positive on mid term outlook.so wheter today is rock bottom or not, i know were trolling at the bottom..
