RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:New Press Release - Theratechnologies Announces the Resignation of One of Its Directors, Mr. Alain TrudeauMaybe the IQ board candidate is of the Audit profile and will fill his shoes.  I would like Soleus to get a seat too with a US M&A baggage.  Would'nt a new Chair, I would like Luc Tanguay to come back on the board too.  He was a steady captain during storms.
